Steps:

1. Please send us the photo of your garments with your design and point out the printing or embroidering area via Whatsapp 6994 2495
2. Please provide your Company Name/ Organization、Contact Person、Contact Number、and Artworks (AI or PSD) in order to place an order

4. We will send you the preview for confirmation after the garments is received.

Please pay attention to the following points:

• Customers are responsible for arranging both delivery and return shipping.
• Original packaging is not included.
• All provided products must be brand new, unworn and unused.
• Provided garments/products must be identical in color and style. Please check with us in advance if there are any differences.
• If any odor is detected on the garment provided by the customer during the production process (e.g., from detergents, perfumes, or environmental sources), we reserve the right to suspend processing, return the garment, and cancel the order to ensure production safety and final product quality.
• We retain the final decision rights on whether to accept or decline any order and production request.
• High-temperature and high-pressure printing may leave varying degrees of pressing marks on different fabrics/materials.
• Custom printing involves risks. We are not liable for damage, misprinting, errors, or loss during the process, but we will strive to minimize wastage and provide free reprints if a new item is supplied.

Lead Time:

5-7 Working days (less than 300pcs)

Cutoff Time: 14:00

Working Day: Monday to Friday (except public holiday)

We will start the production in the next working day after the payment is received、the garments are received & the order is confirmed

Urgent Order

3-4 working days : Basic rate plus additional fee of 40%

1-2 working days : Basic rate plus additional fee of 60%

Surcharges:

• Placing items back into original packaging: +HK$3 per item.

• Zippered windbreakers/outerwear: +HK$10 per item.

• Non-apparel fabric products require a separate quotation.
