Steps:

1. Please send us the photo of your garments with your design and point out the printing or embroidering area via Whatsapp 6994 2495
2. Please provide your Company Name/ Organization、Contact Person、Contact Number、and Artworks (AI or PSD) in order to place an order
3. Please send your garments to our company address： Flat B1 3/F, Yeung Yiu Chung (No.8) Industrial Building, No. 20 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong (Opening hours 10:00-18:00 MON-FRI (Close on public holiday) Attn: WILL YUM Tel: 34603470
4. We will send you the preview for confirmation after the garments is received.

Please pay attention to the following points:

• Garments must be brand new.
• Delivery is not included.
• Packaging is not included.
• We assume no responsibility for replacing or reimbursing for any items damaged or otherwise imperfect while in our care. 
• Due to the nature of decorating garments, misprints may happen. We will try our best to reduce the wastage and provide reprint when clients provide the new item to us.

Lead Time:

8-10 Working days (less than 200pcs)

Cutoff Time: 14:00

Working Day: Monday to Friday (except public holiday)

We will start the production in the next working day after the payment is received、the garments are received & the order is confirmed

5-7 working days : Basic rate plus additional fee of 40%
